Our coaching process is focussed on becoming aware of yourself and your experiences at work and being an active player in your success, achieving your goals and creating the experiences you want.
By identifying which previous experiences are the root of your current experiences, you can transform your approach with a focus on what you want to achieve.
You will learn to autonomously recognize obstacles, reflect on them to transform the situation and get back on track quickly.
It generally takes 1 to 3 sessions to complete your theme. Transformation does not need to take long and you can get back on track quickly.
In each session you focus on clarifying your questions and aligning yourself with what you want, do, feel, think. In sessions we use different techniques to gain clarity.
