Approach

Our coaching process is focussed on becoming aware of yourself and your experiences at work and being an active player in your success, achieving your goals and creating the experiences you want.

By identifying what previous experiences are the root of your current experiences, you can transform your approach and get back on track with a focus on what you want and your goals.

You will learn to autonomously recognize obstacles, reflect on them to transform the situation and get back on track quickly.

Sessions

It generally takes 1 to 3 sessions to complete your theme. Transformation does not need to take long and you can get back on track quickly. 

Each session is to clarify your questions and align your inner self of who you are with what you want, do, feel, think. Session can be designed as rapid reflection sessions all the way to taking a deep dive into a theme using techniques such as hypnosis.
