A Simulation session is a coaching session in which you simulate various versions of past or future desired or undesired experiences and approaches. Through simulating alternative versions of experiences and yourself, you can explore various scenarios as an observer in a safe environment and see how they play out.
A session generally takes 1.5 hour. Sessions are in Dutch or English.
Simulation is an innovative approach to personal growth, overcoming obstacles and imagining past or future versions of yourself and experiences. Through exploring alternative scenarios you are able to develop multiple perspectives on a situation and develop flexibility to shift perspective and make different decisions more easily. It also lets you transform past experiences and release emotional energy locked into those past experiences.
