What is Transformational Practice?

Transformational Practice is based on the principle that every experience you have in life is built on a past experience. Your past experiences inspire your current and future experiences through the development of your program: the part of you that has learned from past experiences and helps you make decisions in every moment of your day. By transforming past experiences you can release emotional energy, redefine believes and regain power and freedom to be the best version of yourself through transformative perspective and insight.

A session generally takes 1.5 hours. Sessions are in Dutch or English.

In Transformational Practices we apply whatever tools helps you transform your experiences. The sessions and approach are uniquely tailored to your unique context and emerges out of the connection between the facilitator and you. 

We start with your intention, what you desire, and we then explore whatever comes up around that theme. Often you will link your intention to a root experience. This experience is when you had a significant learning that you are still using today to make decisions and shape your experiences. Sometimes the root experience hinders you to get to your next station and through transformative practice we can remember, redefine, relearn, heal those root experiences.
